Today I received notification that the 3 pieces I submitted were accepted to the Perkins Center for the Arts juried exhibition Creative Tension. I am beyond thrilled! All along, I had hoped at least one of them would be chosen. It was nerve wracking to leave them at Perkins. I have kept them close, showing them to very few. Deep down I believe that it is important to share and show this work since it explores the concept of impermanence. More on that later.
